You may actually like Orgo. Organic chemistry can be easy if you have good instruction. Often good instruction is lacking in the classroom due to the large class size, individual instructor's teaching philosophy and differences in students' learning styles. I will teach you from the dual perspective of a student and an experienced instructor. I did research for my Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD with Nobel laureate Marshall Nirenberg as my thesis advisor. I taught at Organic Chemistry at Harvard and Johns Hopkins. I was an MCAT, PCAT and DAT instructor for Kaplan Test Prep for 6 years and was among their highest paid instructors in the country. I tutor students from Harvard, BU, BC, Tufts, Wellesley, MIT and other colleges and universities in Boston and throughout the United States. I tutored over 850 private students in the last 16 years. Additionally, I taught hundreds of students in Orgo, Physics, Molecular and Cell Biology, Botany, Nutrition, Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology and other science classes both in the classroom and as a private tutor.
